What the???

We took the motor home out for a short trip to Fredericksburg Tx to see the bluebonnets and wildflowers. Got camp set up and noticed this 5er behind and down from us has a problem. Camp host is trying to locate owners but so far no luck. This looks to be a disaster waiting to happen!

Let's pray for calm winds. And if it does come down it may just drop onto both legs equally?

Arrrgh. And, that's why you never use a cement block to support something heavy. They lack compression strength.

In the boatyard, boats get supported by blocks of of wood or pylons made out of wood. Or steel.

Block does have strength but not on their side like they used them. My boat is shored up every winter with four 12x12 running across underneath and the ends get supported by several block with 1x between, hasn't crashed and burned yet, this is how the marina has done it for years.

Owners showed up finally and got it fixed. No damage and replaced with wood blocks. All is well in camping land again!
