2011 Jayco Jay Flight 26 BH - Washington

I've decided to sell my travel worthy companion that I purchased new, September of 2010. I used it recreationally the first few years I owned it, thenI lived in it full time from 2015 through February of 2022, Quartzsite LTVA in the winter and Washington state the rest of the time.

The only roof leak was several years ago, and that was from a crack in the outer skylight. It was a minor leak, only a few drips, and all the water dripped into the bathtup.

The only thing that doesn't work perfectly is the oven. It never seemed to get to the temperature set on the dial.

Water heater works well on both gas and electric.

Air conditioner works well. I was at a campground in Death Valley when the temperature was 110F, and the AC kept the interior at 72F without running constantly.

Wheel bearings, and complete brake assemblies were replace with new about 4 years ago.

Weight distributing hitch and brake controller is included.

No mattress for the bed is included. A spacer for the bed base in included that allows use of a full/residential size queen mattress.

Refrigerator works perfectly on gas and electric. Keeps things cold even when it's 100 F outside.

Awning fabric was replaced 6 years ago, no rips or tears, and the awining arms are solid and work as they should..The awning tube is a bit warped, maybe a half inch deflection in the middle, but it causes no problems.

Maxxis tires, load range D one step up from the stock load range C tires . Good tread, around 3 years old, Brand new, unused spare tire and new slip on tire cover.

A pair of 30 propane tanks that work well.

Upgraded, heavier brake wire, and much larger gauge positive cable between the batteries and the power center.

A pair of Trojan T105 batteries that I purchased new 2 or 3 years ago.

Cabinets are all in great shape, though the hinges show a little rust in places.

Gas furnace works perfectly. Thermostat was upgraded to digital several years ago.

Television antenna was replaced with a new one 4 years ago.

The original jack knife sofa was removed and is gone. I constructed a custom, stained and finished plywood enclosure over the furnace box. There is a pair of dining table floor mounts on top of the enclosure, allowing the dining table to be mounted there, increasing kitchen counter space.

Kitchen, shower and lavatory faucet assemblies were all replaced with new 3 years ago.

Water pump works, but it's kind of noisy. Not sure if it should be replace.

No plumbing leaks.

Completely smoke free and pet free.

This was my home for several years, and I maintained it well. It has aluminum skin siding, and there are a few very minor dents here and there, mostly on the front from rocks kicked up from the tires on the road.

It's was made before Thor acquired Jayco, and in my opinion, Jayco RVs were made with more pride in construction then than they are now. That was back when Jayco touted "Amish Made" quality.

My asking price is 10,000.00 firm.

My location is Winlock, Washington.
