2015 Jayco Eagle Premier 375bhfs awning replacement

Hey guys. Our awning fabric ripped off during a big wind gust. The arms are still working, it’s just the fabric needing to be replaced. Does anyone know if it’s a carefree brand and how I just replace the fabric? Don’t care about the price, just want it fixed right. Thanks!

Welcome to the Forum from the west side of the state!

Sorry to hear the wind took your awning. The DW and I changed our fabric last spring. It's not a hard repair, it just helps to have a couple of extra hands. I can't tell you what brand of awning is on your Eagle, but there should be a tag or sticker on the underside of the old fabric, or maybe an owners manual in your paperwork if you have it.

I did some research on replacements and bought one from Tough Top in Washington State. Customer service is great, and the material is better than original. I don't have a pony in the race, just a satisfied customer.

They have several videos on their website that show the process start to finish. You will need to know the brand of awning, and the length of the material. I had a couple of questions, and made a call to them for the answers.

Here's some pictures my DW took when she wasn't giving me a hand.

New fabric warming in the sun.
Removing the old one.
New awning on.

we have replaced a few awning for ourselves and friends etc.
I / we use Lippert / Solar awning replacement fabric. it comes in almost every color that would want and the order process is just measure your arm distance and your set.
