Any advice for my Fixer upper

Just got a travel trailer this thing is about as old as i am. Its a 1988 model 2850 or so. Its pretty clean on the inside, just needs minor punch list to be done, outside is dingy, beat up and weathered. Hard to find any info on it as it was found at an old house on one of my construction sites, it's going to be my hobby/ project for the spring but first things first, where is the Vin number?
