Yes, I bought the CRE-3000 wet bolt kit and asked Gander Mt to install. They did and couldn't be happier. No more noise !! I think it was under $200.

Wet bolts may not solve the creaking problem but will solve the component wear problems from the plastic spring eye bushings that wear the pins and weak shackles rapidly. Best mod of all for me.

In 10 years with the Cyclone that never happened. I did however ask Heartland about the noise and was told that it is the nature of the beast and not much can be done about it. My repair shop mechanics told me the same thing.


Think about the stress the the axles are under when you crank a sharp turn forward or backward. On top of that, and why most tires shops recommend not going over 3-4 years with tires on a TT or 5er, watch the flex your sidewalls get when you do one of those turns.
