So he replaced the parts they told him to. Still not cooling. I called frigidaire and voiced my opinion. The repairman also called his zone rep. They finally agreed to replace the whole unit. Now I need to work on getting it out of the camper. They extended my warranty by 3 months, but I also verified that our extended warranty we purchased with the camper does cover the residential fridge. 5 year warranty.. Now to figure out when they plan on having the new unit here

Finally, you'll get to enjoy a COLD beer [emoji3]

Why couldn't they do that from the start?

Glad to hear Frigidaire finally came thru for you...........

Let us know how difficult it is to remove fridge and to replace it. Doesn't look too bad as long as doors are removed.

So those of you with a 377RLBH that have residential fridge, it will not fit out the door even with the doors off!! Just pray you never have an issue with it. I guess the dinette window could be removed to get it out that way? I am beyond frustrated now... next call is Albany rv on Monday to see what their plan is..

Wow that sucks........I thought with the doors off, turned sideways it would go thru.

.Guess at this point I am happy when the last appliance repair center repaired mine that so far, it has worked with NO problems.

Let us know how you make out.

Good Luck!!

My Fridgidaire is under 24" wide WITHOUT the doors.

Entry door is almost 28" wide.

Not sure why you refrigerator won't go thru your entry door??

Not a straight shot out the door unfortunately. Can't make the corner due to width of fridge.. if I had straight shot, no issue..

I think you can take doors off, then turn refrigerator to the narrow side and it will go??

Appliance repair found a leak on my refrigerator today...............
Thinking it might have been there from the beginning.

Doors off.. tried every which way we could. Wasn't happening.. also called jayco for suggestions. They said dinette window has to come out. Albany rv confirmed. 377RLBH, no other way to get out...

That suks...........it's bad enough it needs replaced, but to have to go thru all that at a dealer.

That's part of the reason I didn't want mine to have to be replaced.

So the new fridge is in and working. We took the window out ourselves. Getting old fridge out was piece of cake with 4 people. Decided to leave new fridge in packaging when putting back in so recruited 2 more for he job. Went very smooth. Had to take window out, remove dinette ceiling fixture and table obviously.. Trim around window was a little bit of a pain but overall not a bad job to do. Window sealed by foam tape only from factory, so added a bead of caulk along top just to insure and solid seal on the install. So far so good!

Looks good. Unfortunately you had to be the one to go thru this! But at least the rest of us learned from it. Hoping for smooth sailing for you.
