ground clearance 2017 pinnacle

Why has jayco put springs under axles? Every where l go, I either drag or push asphalt, dirt, or gravel. The best answer from jayco; (Thats the way we set them up) what is everyone else's experience?

Mine were replaced with the Morryde independent suspension. No axles or springs.
