Ice Maker Valves 2015 38FLFS Pinnacle, Where are they?

Can anyone tell me where the shut off valve is for the ice maker in the Samsung residential fridge. I can't get it to make ice. The ice maker has power, the test button works, just no water.

There are two valves. One under the sink underneath the pull out wast basket and one under the stove. you need to remove the drawer under the stove and it is all the way in the back. Also make sure that the "ice off" button is not activated on the refrigerator control panel.

My mistake that is the location for the 38FLSA but i would believe there would still be one under the sink.

Checked under the sink, nothing there. I can see the water line behind the fridge but there is no way to get behind it. Checked the closet in the bathroom and found where the electric source is but still no water shut off. Also looked under the bathroom sink and nothing there.
