I see it now. Perhaps a piece of straight rubber neoprene that you can attach to the base of the door would work. Check Grainger for something like this. Just heavier duty than what you have currently. I assume your talking about the sweeps on the bottom of the door.

Have not been out since my repair job. Do have a trip planned next Tuesday. 'we are in Pigeon Forge now for a Marine Corps Viet Nam reunion and will be returning home on Sunday. Will start loading up then for trip. As soon as we shower we should know something.

Exact same problem wih my brand new Pinnacle. Jayco replaced, but I'm now going to see what I can find at Home Depot or Lowes. The quality of the door sweep does not warrant the Jayco name.

As you can imagine both bottom and top seals ripped quite quickly on our new Pinnacle while we were south for the winter. Like someone else I rigged a duct tape flap at the bottom until I can get it to the dealer in a few weeks. Very poor quality material in those seals. Not to reassuring if Mr. Bontrager is replacing his.

The dealer will not even have them in stock normally. They will have to order them and the quality of that material is very poor. Will not last more than a few opening and closings. I will be out next week and find out how my new door wipe works that I purchased at Home Depot.
