Best to get axle model info (usually on one of the axles) but that is 42'3" close to the same as my 377 2018 so guessing it's probably a 7,000 lb. dexter axle. You can get the complete bearing kits on amazon or etrailer or even Dexters site. I just did mine last week and used:

25580 bearing
14125A bearing
10-36 seal

I’ve seen one utube that shows someone changing them out. He used a screwdriver. Optimally, is t a bearing puller and press needed?

When I changed over to disc brakes, the china bearings that came with them were trashed after I took one to NAPA and got Timken made in the USA Bearings. Take one of yours and they can cross reference the part #'s they same way they did with mine.

No special tools needed, pliers, screwdriver, cutting pliers. If you plan on changing the bearing races, you'll have to drive them in and out

Not owning a bearing press, I tap the races out with a brass drift and a hammer. It takes a little time, but the brass won't damage the inside of the hub. Installation, I do have a set of race drivers.

wheel bearings

If you decide to replace wheel bearings the race has to be replaced as well, new bearing with old race equals a bearing failure for sure.

Just did my first repack at 12,000 miles and 2 years old last week. Numbers look correct above and everything looked good on my RV. Every 2 years has worked for me in the past.
