Bed not lifting properly

I searched the forum since this seems like it would be a common problem, but didn't come up with anything (which surprises me a bit - likely user error). We were packing up for a trip next week and the bed lift was getting stuck and would not lift the bed. After pulling it apart and ensuring there was nothing in the tracks/preventing it from sliding, I was able to get it up by manually lifting the bed past the 'stuck' part and pressing the button again. It would move to the spot I had raised the bed manually (about half an inch) and get 'struck' again. After doing this 5 or 6 times, the motor was finally able to lift the bed the rest of the way (although with some clicks/slight delays along the way). Putting the bed back down, it went all the way without help, but did still click/delay regularly, albeit far more muted than when raising the bed. Bringing the bed back up, same thing - I had to manually lift every half inch or so until it made it the rest on its own.

Is there an adjustment for the motor that might help or is the motor shot? Anything else I might be missing?

It is a 2023 Accolade 37L

Replaced the motor and all is working properly again. 10 minutes job, although I couldn't find an exact match.

Thanks for posting the fix. It must not be a very common issue.

I hope it isn't too common as the rig is only 6 months old. That said, the cost and time was worth it for me to not take it in to the dealership and wait months for warranty.

Congrats on figuring it out. Do you have a link for the motor you used?

This is the one I used. It looks like the listing changed a bit though as mine shipped prime next day (primary reason I went with this one).
