2013 jayco X-213 roof capacity

Hello all,

Quick question have an x-213 2013 want to clean the roof, can I stand on it, or does anyone know the weight capacity?

There is no problem standing on the roof of the Jay Feathers. I'm 240# and get up on mine all the time. When on the production line, there were probably 2 or 3 guys walking all over it.

Just be careful to protect the roof where your ladder touches (wrap a couple of towels around the ladder rails) and wear soft soled shoes, checking for stones in the tread before stepping on.

I'm up on my roof at least twice a year checking the caulking. As Bankr63 said just be careful, as the roof membrane is very thin. I nicked mine the first time I leaned the ladder against the back wall. I now, lower my stabilizers when I go topside. Be aware the roof does flex a fair amount, the trusses are 24" on center and the plywood is thinner then what we would use on a stick house.
