I wash with Turtle Wax carnauba car wash then saturate everything (fiberglass, plastic, rubber, vinyl, decals, aluminum, and metal) with 303 AeroSpace protectant. It works really well!

Does the same spic and spam and 303 apply to newer units 2016+ . I looked in my manual and can't find anything about the rood material or what to use on it. Just general washing and waxing guidelines.

Thanks

Do You Wax if Covered

Interesting thread! My question, do you need to wax if you keep the trailer covered. We clean the front after every trip with warm water/soap to clear the bugs etc. But honestly, never even thought about waxing something less than a year old and covered except when we travel.

I only wax the front cap which takes the most abuse during travel and it makes it easier to clean the bugs off.

I have a 2018 Jayco 338RETS with Climate Shield coating. Noticed black mold. Cleaned the awning with Camco Awning Cleaner. I want to clean the roof and exterior without voiding the warranty. Any ideas?
