Dometic thermostat has no power

Need some help. We have 242BHS SLX - which has a Dometic 3 button thermostat. Everything worked fine two days ago. The trailer hasn’t moved since then. Go to turn on AC today and panel won’t light up (meaning no AC or Heat) It doesn’t run on shore power - 12V only. Checked with voltage metre and no 12V power to connections both in the thermostat and in the connections in AC unit in ceiling. Connections are fine though and I’ve unplugged 12V source and shore power. Battery is charged. We are not connected to a vehicle. All fuses and breaker box is fine and Everything else is working in trailer - Any advice where else to look?

Note: this is the second time this happened, and first time we managed to get into dealer to get it checked out - a clip was broken in a connection somewhere worked fine for nearly 2 months. Now I can’t get in for service until September and I’m camping in 40°C humidity with my three kids - HELP!

How did you resolve?

Hi,

This same thing is happening to us. We also have a domestic thermostat. Could you share how you resolved the issue? Thanks.

My .02 cents pull cover off and then push back on very gently. When touch it turn on do that very carefully. Those thermostat are very touchy. That is what I did to mine
