Here's an update... Our local dealer had both the 212QBW and the 245RLSW. My wife liked the roominess and the separation of living areas in the 245. The shower is much nicer in it than our current camper. And with a price around 19K, this one might be the one for us until we get a bigger one for full timing. It has a few things that we will change (add medicine cabinet in bathroom, add black tank rinser, maybe add electric to water heater) but overall it seems to be about perfect for what we are looking for. I wish this was an offering in the Jayflight or Eagle line, but the models just seem to be getting bigger and bigger.

That 245 looks really nice with all that counter space! Wow. I haven't ever noticed that model before.
I hope they still make that on in another 15 years when we don't need the bunkbeds anymore.
