Just tried to turn the faucets on, on my brand new trailer and nothing comes out.

Number 1, Do you have water in your tank or hooked up with a water hose.
Number two, is your water pump turned on and working if you are not hooked to a faucet.

Do you have the valves set for city water or for dry camping?

If boondocking an running pump is valve turned on to pull water out of tank instead of out of tube used for winterizing?

If your water heater is being used for the first time, it's probably empty. The water pump will run quite a while filling that 6 gallon WH tank first, before anything comes from the faucet.

Be sure the WH is full before turning it on.

Let us know if you get it squared away, otherwise, we'll try to help, given some more info.
