Water Pressure Confusion

When I hooked up yesterday and connected the city water line I went inside to check all the faucets and get the water flowing. Bathtub was fine with great pressure. Same for the batroom sink and outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen faucet. However...kitchen faucet is getting a trickle on both the hot and cold sides. And when I turn it off, it runs for a couple of seconds and then stops.

Any ideas on what might be causing this and the fix?

Thanks!

Most likely the aerator on the faucet is plugged up.

The aerator is on the very end where the water comes out of the faucet.

You will probably need a pair of "channel locks" or something similar to unscrew it.

Here is a YouTube video in case you are not sure where the aerator is:

THANK YOU!
That's exactly what the issue is. I removed the end of the faucet and water came out as expected. Appreciate the help!
