New 2024 265TH Strange Wiring

I picked up the new 265TH this weekend and as a bit of background, I bought it in Mid-Jan, and they stored until spring for pick up. When I left in Jan, I noticed the battery was only at 11.8v on the solar display. I asked them to make sure everything is shut off, thinking then the solar should top it off.

When I visited the trailer earlier in March, the battery was totally dead. Not sure how that happened with the 200w solar. So, they installed a new battery and I was off. When I dropped it off in the storage lot, I figured I'd remove the fuses and turn off all of the breakers to make sure nothing could be causing the draw.

Strangely, when I walked around to check that there was indeed no power going anywhere, I noticed the refrigerator still had power? So I looked again at the converter and F4 clearly says refrigerator. Makes no sense. How can the frig be powered?

I called Jayco about this, and couldn't get a definitive answer on how this could be possible. I asked for the wiring schematic, but I've heard that it doesn't show wire runs, just the outlets, etc. My obvious concern is, where is the frig tied in to the power, and further, if it's not tied into the converter, that seems to also suggest it's not fused unless inline somewhere?

I am also considering upgrading the solar and getting an inverter, but I obviously need to sort this out so I can manage my usage. I plan this weekend to turn off the PWM and run a load test to see if I can track down the parasitic loss. Seems odd that I'd have to correct wiring in a brand new trailer.

Has anyone else ran into this? Thoughts?

I do not have experience woth this, but I have seen many posts about incorrect wiring. It seems some people have actually had to correct some wiring that was either backwards or wrong on new units

Is it possible the fridge is wired directly to the battery? Or maybe the J-box up front after the battery?

It would be conceivable that it be wired that way, to ensure the fridge always has at least 12V, while there's a battery present or hooked up to a tow vehicle? But then I don't think that explains the fuse you mention. Unless maybe it's wired BOTH ways? To the fuse panel AND up to the front? But that doesn't seem to make much sense either...

Yes, it certainly doesn't make sense. I want to first make sure there's a fuse inline somewhere. I will then inspect every fuse to confirm the rest of the converter fuse listing is correct. This is just not acceptable.
