Closing

Ok when we went to close it up this evening it wouldn't close all the way. It closed up just fine two other times. Raised it back up enough and one of the seat cushions was on mattress, removed it and made sure the canvas was laid out flatter and that helped and it latched but when I looked at the door there is 1/4" gap. You can clearly see inside. The only thing different that I can think of is curtains may have been moved, the sink was folded over on the seat cushion which the last couple of times we had just put it on the floor but the beds had went in just fine, oh we noticed the full size bunk, the bar that lays across the bed was not flat like the other queen side. Could that be the issue? Just frustrated cause it worked just fine the first couple of times. I didn't really look before at the door area but I can't imagine that it's supposed to be like that. Any suggestions would be great!
