Replacement parts

I'm new to tent trailers. We just got a 2004 Eagle 14so. Although the trailer is in really good condition considering it's age, it needs some TLC in terms of replacement seals and small repairs.

The users manual doesn't tell me what the names of the parts are or the associated part number. My exclusive Jayco distributor doesn't stock any parts for my trailer and wants me to place a special order for the parts I think I need.

Most of the time, I know that there is a gap that shouldn't be there, but no idea what should fill the hole.

Is there a repair manual or parts list associated with the trailer that I can use as a guide to figure this stuff out?

Thanks in advance for your help

When we purchased our first popup it needed major repairs. We called the manufacurer and requested a schematic and parts list. I think I had to pay $15 for it but it was very helpful. I was then able to order anything I needed through my local dealer (who didn't even carry that brand) or online.

RV's are built from standard components parts, al do everything is categorized and has part numbers. It is more used internally in the RV Plant. Being mostly standardized parts some are available at RV dealers and mostly to RV part suppliers which you can search for on the WEB.
TWP723 did give you some good directions.

Amazon also has a large selection once you know part # or description of what you need
