Did the same thing moving from a 2017 Silverado 1/2 ton with the 5.3 to 2018 3/4 ton with the 6.0. My pocket book hurts but it tows night and day better and more comfortably.

No issues at all with the system. I did buy a dash mount to give a little more room...
