No issues with my 21 4113. My pin box only flexes about a 1/2". I haven't heard of any issues with Jayco 5ers.

I have a 21 4113. The third ac is the garage. Probably wired wrong. Bmpro control module is in underbelly behind sliding door. Switching wires to correct terminal should fix

I have a 21 Seismic 4113. I don't have a heat pump. My main AC kicks on when my furnace is in. I assume it helps circulate the air throughout the coach.

Yes, I've had several problems.
Power transfer switch failed, fridge died, and yes, my toilet does clog. I had same issue on my 18 North Point as well.
