Todd lake is worth checking out, no hookups but nice shower facilities. Water and dump site available. Rustic, quiet, wooded. Not many sites, and they don't take reservations. But sounds closer to what you are looking for.

Forgot about Todd Lake! It is nice. Fills up quick on summer weekends though!
