It's going back!

We just purchased a FULL size cover. Not happy with it. First off, the curb side with the flaps (zipper open/close) are not tall enough so the door can not be opened without having to squeeze through the small opening. It rained a lot a few days ago (BRIGHT sunshine since then) and when I unzipped the flaps and tried to push the flap above the opening door about 2 gallons of water came pouring down (just missing me) from somewhere on top. When we received the cover and un rolled it out on the ground, DW noticed it had a small rip in it, so she had to put a patch on it.

Yesterday I got the ladder out and slid my hand between the cover and the roof and it was all wet. With 2 days of Florida sun, that should have been dry. More concerned with getting mold under the cover.

We have decided to remove the cover and will be returning it.

We will take our chances with the HOT TROPICAL SUN and just wash and treat the roof for UV more often

The following will give you the reason why it is so important to cover your RV. Most good covers last 4 to 5 winters while the cheep covers last one or two seasons. Even the cheep ones are better than nothing at all. Does covering a rv help? - Rods RV Needs
