Brake issues> can't get the bleeder off , or Brake line to the brakes

Brake issues>This jayco has a surge brake, For the reccord I have been spraying PB Blast on this for a week now. I can't get the bleeder off , or Brake line from the brakes
I can get the brake line off before the flex line but not from the drum, the bleeder is frozen as well.
*Question >Will filling the reservoir"master cylinder" with DOT 3-4 brake fluid eventually sink to lowest point pushing water back to the master cylinder. or just shoot it in the foot and not worry about stopping fast

You can try adding heat to the bleeder very carefully. It may help break them free.
