I use a small level on the floor port to starboard. As long as the bubble is totally within the lines, I call it good. Then do the same when getting it level, fore and aft. I adjust the tongue jack until the bubble is within the lines.
I will double check with the bathroom door. If it stay put where ever I put it, then we're definitely level.

this is what I use. It is glued directly in front of the electric jack. I level side to side and adjust this with blocks under the tires on the low side. Chock tires and remove the TT from the truck. Then level front to back with the electric jack. I find it very easy and convenient.

Bwahahaha, yes, agreed 100%. Goes to show you should proofread before you post.
I use the Anderson leveler system so it's kind of all in one step since the leveler is a set of chocks when your done.
Then I throw my nice set of rubber chocks down when all is said and done just to be sure.

First I have a hitch mounted Camco Level Master to see from the cab from side to side. Then I use a $1.00 plastic torpedo I picked up from the tool sale bin to confirm. If you hold it on the side walls it will confirm side to side, then I put it in my locker to confirm front to back.
Door frame is good front to back also as is the front a-frame.

the fluid in my bubble level drained out on the front of my trailer, I'm just using my portable level at this time.

We just use a simple 9" Torpedo level that you can buy just about anywhere. Kept just inside the door in the corner so its always there.
After backing in, place it on the floor about a foot or so from the door for side to side, after we've leveled side to side, chock the tires, un hook from vehicle, finish by simply using front Jack for the front to back level. Extend your stabilizers and your good to go. PS, take your time, don't rush.
Inexpensive, simple and old school. Works everytime.

If it's level enough for the refrigerator to work and for you to not fall out of the bed, then it is level enough.
I just use the two small bubble levels the dealer put on there, and I aim to get the bubbles somewhere in the middle zone. I've never bothered to actually check and see how accurate those small levels are.

As others have said "level" in a RV is somewhat subjective depending on your point of reference. My pet peeve is doors that won't stay put...so if the fridge door moves on its own it's not level enough.
