Introduction and Question - Whitehawk

Hi everyone! I am brand new to the forum. I have have my 2015 Jayco Whitehawk Summit 30 DSQB for about 3 years. I just got pulled it out to our site and one of the speakers sounds horrible. I was looking to replace and the outside measures about 6 in across the outside BUUUUT, everything I have read leads me to believe that it is a 5.25 speaker. It is a 17-MSB550 30 watt max #35026. Any thoughts or tips and any other cool things that I can do to pimp her out. Open to all suggestions.

Welcome to the forum - I just saw a camper recently that had colored LED lights in the speakers that flashed in time with the music that was playing. It was pretty interesting at first but it got old quick.
