Easy to apply and remove, usually lasts 8-12 months.

Did about a 5 mile road trip just to scrape the rust off the brake drums, cleaned and treated all the slide out seals, cleaned and treated all the door and hatch gaskets, sweep and cleaned the floors and came up with a group of mods for tomorrow! Oh, checked all the outside lights. Every one works!
Anyone have an idea for getting 12 vdc into the bedroom slide closet, if so please share?

You need to put a warning on that pic, "May need eye protection prior to viewing. Shine could be harmful to your retinas" LOL

Been having an issue with the green LED on the Winegard powered antenna. It’s off in the ON position. It flickers though when button gets pressed. Lots of tv channels have lost signal. Bought a new PS (pwr supply) on Amazon and it too won’t light up. According to the instructions with the new PS, turns out when there is a short in the coax cable upstream, the 12v pwr is cut off and will not send 12v thru the cable. A volt meter comes in handy here and was confirmed. So yesterday in the cloudy, cool and drizzly weather in Deep South TX, I climbed up top and removed the head of the Winegard Rayzar Z1 swivel antenna. Tested the tiny coax connector there and the ‘short’ still registers. Was told by Winegard before that test I’d be needing a new head. Not the case as I hooked the antenna head up using the coax feeding the master bedroom tv and rewired from the splitter to the PS. Green LED on the PS lit once again and I got 38 clear channels with it sitting atop the tv dresser cabinet pointed at the nosecap! Only 7 are tuned here without a powered amp and 3 are in Spanish.

Turns out Winegard boasts a 5 year parts warranty, so they are sending me the 1.5’ tiny coax cable inside the antenna pedestal at no charge! I suspect that tiny cable has somehow got wrapped up in the lower base and has been chafing as the antenna swivels 350 degrees and has shorted the outer braid with the center wire. I thought I have felt resistance at times while cranking the dial on the ceiling!

I suppose that I should put this in the bonehead section but I'm just too narcissistic to do so.

Last month the rain softened the ground under my poorly designed tongue-blocks, the trailer started to shift as I was lowering it to leave my site and I dropped the front of the trailer

Actually the ground was soft enough to where it kind of sunk into the earth rather than a hard landing. Good thing I had solid wheel chocks as well as X-Chocks on the wheels. Needless to say I was happy that I didn't break anything else or kill myself!

The first image shows that I had to jack it up with the truck's bottle jack to get it back up so that I could hitch it up.

I picked up this Husky jack and put it in last weekend. Pretty happy with it at first blush. Maybe I'll do another post under product reviews after I've put a few miles on it. I really like the way that it operates as well as the nifty trailer connector protector/holder.

Learn from my mistake folks!

Cheers

OK Rustynuts you owe me a new iPad now!!!!!
It melted my screen.
I’ve been to many, many car shows but I’ve never seen a shine like that and hope my eyes never see another one.
Great work

I saw a video on you tube about that wax, very impressive. Guy hit a car hood with a pressure washer an as soon as he turned it off the water just ran down the hood. Granted it's a video an they can be manipulated but if that wax works just half that good in reality I'm all in.

Grill Mount

I installed a Bills BumperQ mount.

Love it.

One alteration. I used nylon locknut's for the mount.

Since the gauntlet was thrown down I had to wash and wax my trailer to see if I could get any where close to that mirror shine.

Here’s my results

Washed, clay bar front cap with Mothers speed clay 2.0, meguiars ultimate fast finish on front cap, Meguiars synthetic X-press wax on the rest

Not quite as mirror like but considering I don’t have full body paint, it’s not bad.
One day Rustynuts!! One day my trailer will look like yours! [emoji1787][emoji23][emoji1787]

I downgraded my generator from a monstrous Honda EU7000is to dual 2200's. So much more space!

Wow, that look nice and clean and shiny I wish I had a place around my house to do that, the place where I have my store at said that I'm not suppose to do it but I think that I can get away with it when I need to.

No, Explorer USA in Alvin. What a professional operation they have going on there. Had like 4 service advisor, my appointment was right on time. Everything was organized. Even had a drop lane, it was like going to a Ford Service center.
