I just placed an order for a 2017 T31B. Should arrive in 10-14 weeks is what they are telling me. Any advice from other owners on this model and how are you liking it?

I have a 2015 T31B we bought brand new about a year ago. We had a few issues like the shower drain not being hooked up, the fuel gauge doesn't work and the fresh water level sensor doesn't work. But overall it's a nice camper. This was the only travel trailer toy hauler I could find that had the weight capacity and the space to haul my Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT.

Did you ever get your fuel gauge fixed? Mine doesn't work either.

No. My dealership is 100 miles away so it's not worth the time and fuel to go get it fixed.

On my 2014 Octane T29A, the only issues have been the fuel gauge and generator hour meter not working. Both had bad grounds. Ran a new separate ground to both, no problems since. My service manager told me most problems he deals with on new Jayco gauges, meters etc. are related to bad grounds, just something to check. With over 40k miles on the TT, I did replace the suspension bushings with the wet bolt kit around 25k, about half the bushings were worn through, so I recommend the wet bolt kit if you plan to roll the miles on.

Thanks Labman. I hope that is the problem with mine. That would be a relatively easy fix.

I wouldn't tow a T31b with a half ton. It's almost 12,000 lbs.
