Gen display showing just a blank bar

Good Morning
I have a 2015 precept 35un. I just notice the display that gives date and manual status shows just a blank bar no matter what key I press does nothing still starts and runs in manual mode but no change in display am I doing something wrong or is there a problem thanks for all your help all you folks are great

My display went out a couple times when new before I got it right. Take two screws out that hold display to wall. The display comes out and has a group of wires on the back. I had to "lift" these wires by pulling them up to gain enough slack so they don't pull off the display.

Just another fine example of Jayco wiring.

I figured out what was wrong with my display I just took it off unplugged it and plugged it back in and it reset itself seems to work fine now
