Radio Module Malfunction

Have any of you had your radio module go out? Ours just started the other day. It cycles on and off constantly, no matter which function we are in. We are having it repaired/replaced under the warranty but was just curious if anybody else had the same problem. It's really frustrating

The one irratating issue I have with radio is it doesn't keep the time
Once you turn off house battery switch.

The other issues have been wire was loose that caused lost of sound in
Overhead speakers and the GPS was supposed to be RV based (provide
Info based on RV specs) but is not

If it is the JBL CP100, then yes, I've had major issues with it. Eventually they replaced it with an entirely different unit. The CP100 was stock on my 2017 ALante, and the unit is so terrible that JBL took it out of production before it even went to market on a retail level.
