X2 on the real towing mirrors mentioned by THABULL. My F350 truck came with factory extendable towing mirrors, but I would not bother with clip-ons if I had to buy them. It's also nice to have the ones with both a main mirror and a small bottom mirror that looks downward beside the truck to eliminate blind spots. But one way or the other, recommend you get some type of tow mirrors to be safe. It isn't good to try to change lanes if your mirrors are narrower than the towed unit, and you can't see what is behind or beside you.
