I do the same on both accounts and believe the towmax tires are a much bigger risk than travelling with fridge on.

My 1985 camper had a 3 way fridge and I was surprised when the new camper was only a 2 way fridge. Given some of the bold warnings about innocuous things in the manual, I am sure there would be bold warnings or safety switches to shut off propane as soon as you start moving if it was dangerous to run fridge while driving, IMHO.

Man, if this horse ain't dead by now it has got to be severely crippled.

There is more danger from oncoming traffic than from running the refrigerator en route.

For those who believe this to be a high risk practice you should probably stay home. RVing is not a risk-free venture.

However, to each his own. It IS, in fact, a personal preference.
