Battery Tender

Is this tender sufficient for the 12v battery from my 16XRB?

Battery Tender 12-Volt 750mA Battery Tender Junior-021-0123 - The Home Depot

Or this one:

That will work great. I use a similar one year round and also purchased, Battery Tender 081-0157 Black Quick Disconnect Plug with LCD Voltage Display, just plug it in the line and get instant voltage reading.

You should really use a pulse-type desulfation that keeps battery free of sulfate like this one:

That charger is designed for a AGM battery, if the OP has one it will work but if he has a standard battery it is not worth the money. If one is sold on this type of charger they recommend the BatteryMINDer model# 2012 for standard batteries.

It should be marked on the battery and the ones I have seen are all sealed on the top. If your battery was supplied by the dealer when new its probably a standard battery since the AGM is more expensive.

Sorry, I posted the wrong link. I have the model 2012, just went and double checked. It works great - I use it on all my batteries... RV, tractor, lawn mower etc.

Here's the model 2012 link:

I've used the following BatteryMINDer product for years..., works great on all types of batteries (flooded, sealed, AGM, etc.).

BatteryMINDer 1500 | 12 Volt Maintenance Charger Desulfator
