The way it looks to be setup they will have to or get a lot of flack.

They have been doing a pretty good job responding to postings on their Facebook page lately. They have started to elaborate more. Previous postings all had the standard "please call our customer service department at ### for more help". Now they are actually answering the questions and putting a little more thought into "go to customer service" responses. LOL
