AC causing Generator to cut out
What should I look for to correct this issue? At the vehicle's birth, we had some bad generator issues that had the Cummins/onan shop stumped, but a new fuel pump cleared that up.
Any help would be appreciated.

What size genny? If, like me, you have a 3000 watt genny, you'd probably want to shut off other 110v items, such as water heater, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker.

Ugh, I was too vague. Does not happen unless driving, especially bumpy roads. Sitting still, it works fine with most everything else running, unless the AC, vacuum, and the instant pot are all running, then it pops the breaker on generator.

Shutting off over bumps would lead me to belive you have a wiring problem. Make sure your grounds are good. Make sure any wiring harness conectors are oroperly seated and tight. See if any wires are chafing on the frame and shorting out.

Since it runs fine sitting still try shaking the wiring harnesses with it parked and genny running and see if you can stall it out. And hopefully you can isolate the problem to a specific area. Also does it start right back up after stalling.

I'd still be looking at the genset itself. A shorted wire or bad ground would probably manifest as a breaker or voltage issue which there are probably panel indicators for (I'm a TT guy, so am going from portable units here).
If the genset just stops with no indication, I might consider fuel starvation; is it possible that the fuel intake hose is being exposed to air (low fuel) or does it run near enough to the exhaust to get a vapor lock?

He said it runs fine when parked which would actualy cause it to run hotter since it has no air flow so in theory should rule out vapor lock. Unless the ford v10 is throwing off a bunch oh heat in the gennys direction while driving. Im curious to hear if it starts right back up after stalling or needs to cool down before starting.

Don't forget you must have over a 1/4 tank of fuel in main tan to operate generator, on bumpy road, fuel starvation would be likely if low on fuel.

Stopped overnight and during the day with full load, no issues.
Running down the road with just the load of a tv and an Xbox, no issues.
Repeat above, but bring in AC, and randomly, things will go dark at some point, most common possible cause that we have noticed are bumpy road conditions. My typical notification is a loud sigh followed with an angry cry of "Come on!!!" Which can be delayed, further hindering my root cause analysis....
