Shouldn't need a separate tuner, just a subscription to XM/Sirius service. Since they're now the same company, just tune to channel 1, and you should get some music/subscription offers. I believe channel 0 shows your radios ID number.

You most likely will have to purchase an adapter for XM. I got mine on Amazon. The adapter comes with an XM antenna. Installation is not easy. In my Greyhawk, the whole dash was removed to get the radio out so the adapter could be plugged in. Then you have to figure out where to place the antenna to get the best reception. I would recommend a professional installer who has worked on Class C's before. There are some threads on here about this topic.

I would get the satellite subscription on your phone. That way you can take it to all your vehicles and you can avoid buying pieces and installation costs in addition to the subscription. I have found that it does not use much data at all. I'd rather spend a little more in data and use it in all my vehicles then spend a bunch up front for only one vehicle.
