Parts for slide toppers

Does anyone know where I might be able to source some parts for my rear slide topper on my 2014 37FS? To make a really long story short, the brackets that hold the awning tube and cover plate are both damaged and need replaced. My material isn't providing any answers as to the manufacturer and was hoping to do a quick fix before I need to get back on the road in a couple weeks.

From the dometic site, I do not believe these are them. Here is a photo of what's left of the topper.

Hard to see the mount side.
Based on the condition, personally I would replace the whole thing.
It's only about a 1 hour job. A good video of install on eTrailer.com
My 8.5' topper just cost me $289 on Amazon.

My 2014 TS has Carefree Slideout Kover III (SOK III) toppers.

Thanks, Fellas! I could not find any documentation on any of my material as to the brand, and the photos I had of the damaged part, did not have anything either. Looking at the carefree site, I believe that I have the same model as you Robby.
