2015 pinnacle fl38sa wall tape

Love my pinnacle, but am seeing the tape on the walls bulging out. I have gone over it many times and it smooths down, but ends up bulging out again. I have never seen this problem in our other rv's (but then again I've never had an rv this big before). We live in Arizona so the rv gets very hot. Any suggestions?

We're in Mesa spirit ,but our tape was doing it from day one ,wish that was the only thing falling apart ,it just got back from 6 months at factory service ,they fix as much as they wreck
