375, Lwr main slide Trim

Other than screw failure, is there anything else that causes this. The heads are popping off.

No the screw heads popping off due to over torque is common. You will most likely need to re-screw in a new hole and putty over the old one. The RV screws take very little abuse.

It was fine yesterday since a do a walk around daily until we had heavy rain. I figured they must of been over tighten during assembly and maybe the weather caused just enough expansion for them to pop. I probably won't having trouble getting it in, only worried about it the slide coming back out. Since it's going in the shop, I guess I'll see if they want me to temp fix or what ever.

Thanks for the motivation Jasum. The very front one was barely sticking up but I kept working at it with a very small pair of vice grips and got that one out. So I put some putty tape in there and tightened it up. At least it is tight to the house and not sticking out like a wedge. The other 3 are broke inside so when it's in for warranty they can do those. I didn't want it going into to the shop and someone extending the slide without being told about it. You know how that goes..
