Under the sink island, there is a handhole you can reach into. You'll likely find the valve there.

Also one under the oven. Will have to take the drawer out. Once i opened up those two and turned the switch on in the frig i had ice and water. The one under the sink I actually has to do a little cutting of the wood panel to actually get my hand in there to turn it.

Pappy......in case you didn't find the valve, I too was told my second shut off valve in my 2016 377RLBH was under the oven but it wasn't. I had to remove the top drawer to the left of the stove. You might catch a glimpse of the water line under the oven but the valve on mine was behind the top drawer.

Hope you got it figured out.

Still no water...

Hey, everyone, I've opened both valves (the one under the sink and the one behind the drawer under the range) and I still can't get water. Any ideas?

The hose might be kinked behind the fridge. You'd have to pull it out to check. If I remember correctly there are 2 screws in the front/bottom of fridge that need to be removed to pull it out. Then have someone skinny check the water lines.

You may have to prime the water by holding a cup at refrigerator where water is supposed to come out for a while until water gets thru system.

Did you put the water filter in the frig side? Mine was not installed.
