Black panel under 2018 Eagle ovens?

The 2018 Eagle HT's (and maybe the straight Eagles, not sure) have a black panel under the oven where it was formally just a normal cabinet. Anyone know what it is?

Well, it may not be a change, I guess it just depends on the floor plan. But still don't know what it is.

That looks like the fuse/breaker panel. That's what's there on my 2017 HT
