Heater

Hello,
I have a new 2016 355mbqs with a wall mounted thermostat that has the option for cooling and heating. The a/c works perfect but when I switch to heat nothing happens. I verified the gas is on because the stove is working. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated !

Thanks

well when ours is switched to heat and the thermostat is adjusted up to a temp higher than what it is inside the camper our fan comes on and then the heater ignites and begins to heat.... I don't know why your furnace wouldn't at least turn the fan on unless a wire is loose somewhere

I completely agree. I'm very confused about this problem. Thanks for the reply

well just make sure it is on auto and heat setting and turned up to a high enough temp to call for heat

do you have any access to the furnace control board to check for loose wires

furnace is in the bunkroom on the 355. Mine is very quiet. I didn't think it was turning on either but there is heat coming out all the vents.

Check all your fuses and your breakers.

OP, did your furnace work when you did your PDI at the dealership?
