Had the same thing happen to me Dan a few months ago

I used liquid nails and some brads to reattach mine

Yesterday we arrived at our camp site. Tried to get set up only to be thwarted by the landing gear. Couldn’t auto level, couldn’t manually level. Right front leg was not moving. Took the motor off and checked it and found it worked fine. Put back on and no movement. So I got the ratchet out to manually extend the leg. What a chore! Something is definitely binding or bound up because I needed a cheater bar to crank it. So, a new landing leg is on order

I’ve been there, done that! That is a beating to operate the landing gear manually!

It was held up there with 3 small dabs of liquid nails...not a nail to be found in it. I don’t know how it stayed up there this long? Easy fix...I’ll just drill a couple holes in the top and screw it to the rest of the molding.

Mark

It’s the other side now. I think I’m going to order a second leg to have as a spare but dealer quoted $360 for one

Ouch

Jack

I looked on their website but didn’t find the part number so I’ll probably give them a call. But, I think their prices are MSRP

I had that same problem on a toy hauler. After 5 years some one told me there was a rebuild kit for around 40 dollars! Might check.

Thanks Mark

Not going to ruin anything as I got the rig as level as I could manually cranking the landing gear. Since I couldn’t auto level, the mid stabilizers wouldn’t extend so I just used a couple bottle jacks under them.

Tom,

I had to call LCI to get part #s on our landing gear. They were very helpful.

Once you get the part number - check eTrialer - they may carry it. They carried the landing legs for our trailer.

Good luck.

Thanks Roc

I found it and they were about $20 more than the dealer.

Your dealer has a good price then because eTrailer was ~$50 cheaper then LCI's or our dealer's price for my landing leg.

Good luck

Anyone have any advice on tire monitoring systems. I see lots of different brands online but don't know which one's actually work at that range.

I use the TST 507 and haven’t had any issues with mine. It displays temperature as well as the pressure of each tire. It can monitor an 18 wheeler so you should be fine.
