Got my new 2024 Jayco Swift 20T

Picked it up on Monday, March 11th. A few bugs, mostly took care of them on my own. We are liking it very much (So far) The Chassis drives like a dream, especially coming from our Class C on a E450 Chassis.

Couple learning curves though. They explained how the hot water recirculating system works but left out that you ONLY use it while NOT hooked up to City water. I did, and immediately filled the fresh water tank to 100%. Also the valve system they use is confusing at first. Two valves that need to be positioned for different scenarios. 2&5 pump, 1&6 City, etc. etc. One that got me was they label NORMAL, I figured that would be when hooked up to City water. NO, that for the water pump only. I guess with a van conversion, the terminology is different.

Had to make an appointment with the Ram dealer to take care of an issue with the frontal crash avoidance system. It shuts down and also the adaptive cruise control shuts down thinking there is something blocking the sensor when there is not.

When we picked it up we noticed an area of paint behind the drivers door under the side window was a little rough looking. They told me that it probably just needs to be buffed. We did not think much of it (our bad) took it to my local body shop and was told it was repainted and was done very poorly and to make it right it would have to have the entire side painted to make sure the paint matches. I emailed Jayco yesterday to an explanation and a remedy. This is going to be a true test of the customer service. I would hope they would have some explanation.

Same paint issue on mine but the dealer is a friend. He had zero issues getting jayco to stand behind it. I believe its where they cut for the water heater exhaust and such.

It further towards the front. Just behind the driver's door.

For what its worth, my last grehawk had paint issues also. I was always taken care of.
Can you fit 10ft Rhino crap hose in outside slinky holder? I know a 15 wont fit but hoping a 10 will.
