gravity water fill

Some times I am amazed at how crappy the workmanship is on my 26RKS.
I tried and tried to use the gravity water fill for the first time because of the camp I am going to. Water just backed out and none going into the tank. I tried an extension bit still the same. I read the forums and no help.
So I propped up the sofa bed to see what could be plugging it. the stupid fill hose is too long and it had an uphill climb that the water would not go over. What a frustration and a waste of time. I forced it to be lower and can now fill. This is not the only crap I have had on my TT either.

Look on the bright side!

Now you know more about the gravity fill system on your new rig than you did before.

No kidding, if this is the worst thing you run into then be thankful and move on. A travel trailer is a lot of learning and modifying factory silliness. Just shake your head and enjoy camping

Same exact problem on a family members new 1007UD pup, we fixed it during the first trip out. Very obvious problem, very easy fix, very annoying to have to do that.

Obviously the dealer did not do a proper PDI as they should have caught that when they filled the FW tank
