Try closing it while hooked to the tow vehicle. Mine
sometimes doesn’t like to close when plugged into the house but does it well while plugged into the truck. I also just had one of the shear pin bolts break on my slide this weekend causing the slide to open cockeyed.

Roof ladder with x213 as indicated on window sticker sheet

Hello
I just picked up a 2021 x213 and I am looking over the Window Sticker that came with it. I notice it says under the SPORT PACKAGE (MANDATORY) section in the list of things "Roof Ladder". I know there can't be a fixed one on the back but did anyone else get an expandable one perhaps? I didn't get one with the purchase.

Hi all. New here. We just purchased our first travel trailer, a 2019 Jayco 24 RBS, from a private party. We have a couple of questions that probably sound ridiculous to you all, but here goes.

I cannot figure out for the life of me how to open the windows. Also, can't figure out how to turn the power on for the antenna. The owner's manual says to turn it on, but doesn't say where the power source is. Appreciate any help!

Welcome aboard, I would recommend starting a new thread. You will get more hits.

As for a ladder, I have never seen one on an HTT.

Windows. Mid elevation there is a little release to pull on. Maybe yours are just sticky from being new. Just give it a little more pull.

Antenna, near the power outlet there is an antenna connection. Should have a button to push to turn on the amplifier. I can tell you, on my HTT, the coax cable was not connected correctly.

I had a 213, I've never ever seen a roof ladder on one. I don't know how they'd do that with the rear slide?

I had this problem and it turned out to be a bad/discharged battery. Are you hooked up to shore power? Was new to TTs and didnt realize that the charger only works when you have all of the power turned off in the trailer. so as it sat in my back yard with the fridge running, it wasn't charging the batteries, and we found out once we drove 6 hours that we had no power...oops!
