At this point, I would be pulling out my multi-meter and checking for AC voltage at both ends of the power cord (requires opening the electrical bay, or pulling the panel out depending on location, and requires due caution). Don't forget to check for ground as well. (you should show 110-120V from hot to neutral, and to ground). Check at each junction point starting from the post through the mains and then individual breakers, and where you lose voltage is where your problem is at. Could be you took a spike and actually fried the main breaker, so even though it is on it is dead, but that is just one instance.
Note that all this presupposes that all of your AC loads are dead. Do you still have any 12V loads working (pump, most lights, fridge on 12V)?
