Full Time Living In Freezing Weather

We full time in the North Point below. Before the very cold weather hits we go to Florida. This year we are thinking about staying up north. We are not able to skirt the unit. Has anyone lived full time in theirs during single digit temps. I know to keep the heat on etc. i can also put a 100 gallon fresh water tank in the basement instead of using the built in one. Looking for real world experience.

I'd be concerned about possible mold issues in the attic. In freezing weather you'll be running heaters inside and that creates moisture that will make it's way to the attic.
Over time mold will form.
If the roof system was a foam core bonded roof then mold couldn't grow. RV attics just don't breathe like residential attics.
