Atlanta State Park In Texas

Anyone been there? We are trying to find a park near a lake. Our original plan (Sam Rayburn) is flooded so that is off. Any thoughts?

We Were There A Few Years Ago Nice Park With A Wide Variety Of Sites.

The Water Front Sites Are On A Bluff Maybe Not Good For Little Ones.

There Were Plenty Of Other Sites That Were Very Nice.

There Are Also A Few COE Parks On Wright Patman Lake Also You Might Want To Consider.

Lake O the Pines has COE camp grounds about 15 miles or so from Atlanta.

Some of these are closed for the winter.
Atlanta SP is a nice park and there is some CoE parks on the lake as well. Also Daingerfield SP is not far either but it's a small lake.
